Radar Station Overview

This is a top quality version of the original Bat Chain Puller album – excellent sound quality although the title track does start somewhat abruptly. Definitely the best version of this brilliant album available … but there would be no need for it if the Zappa Family Trust pulled their finger out and released it officially.

If this stunning album is not enough the thoughtful bootlegger has also included the mono mix of the classic Safe As Milk album (taken from Buddah Records BDM1001). This will bring back memories
to those of us in the UK who for a while could only get a mono version when it was first released on Pye International.

The cover has a minimal amount of information but has been tastefully designed using the 1985 painting Bromboline Frenzy – the complete painting on the front and parts of it for the CD label
and the back cover. The words to the song Odd Jobs are also included on the back cover.
