Recorded by Dutch radio this show has been broadcast several times over the years. The full show was around an hour and forty minutes long, but a lot of this time was taken up with Don getting annoyed with some idiots in the crowd – one in particular makes an irritating squealing noise. A tape version of it circulated for sometime with the incomplete show plus an interview and between song comments by Dutch presenters. This collection is not a commercially available bootleg. It has circulated amongst a number of Beefheart collectors and can be downloaded via some select torrent sites. A 7″ vinyl with picture sleeve of two songs ‘Steal Softly Thru Snow’ and ‘Click Clack’ taken from the band’s appearance on the German TV show “Beat Club” in 1972.
