A professional looking dvd pulling together a few interesting items that have been circulating on video. Claims to be released by a Japanese company under exclusive license from another company called Thin Air Productions. This is probably as legit as its claim to be a 5:1 sound mix!
The cover is based on a Rick Griffin poster for a 1970 show. I always thought 'Portable People' was the name of the support band. Although most of the song titles are correct, there is some confusion over the French TV show songs; and 'Ashtray Heart' has been given an extra long title.
Overall the sound quality is good throughout. The picture quality is okay too although the Cannes footage is unfortunately the same washed out version that's been circulating on video.
